“In this modern climate, artists have to find ways to keep relevant and get their music heard. Our girl Jody Watley knows the deal and has taken advantage of the ever-changing landscape in our playlist culture by offering up myriad singles and EPs. That includes the release of her latest effort, the Winter Nights EP.

Cover InFashion with actor Nicholas Cage who was just starting out for the most part as an actor. We’d never met and both of us were a bit shy so it was awkward at first but we ended up having a fun shoot. The “Hunk Meets Funk” is a bit cringe though!

At sea for a few days and made sure to take in the natural sounds of the ocean as often as I could. I even slept with my cabin door open to hear it at night while going to sleep – no need for the app when I had the authentic thing!
It was a must as well to appreciate the unspoiled sunrise and sunsets. Wherever you are it’s important to take a moment of pause. Breathe in – deep breaths out a few times a day.
Set a reminder in your phone if you need to.
Find your calm when you need it.
