Good morning (afternoon) Happy National Coffee Day. This is me a couple of years ago in Brazil enjoying a Brazilian coffee – these days I enjoy a hot cup in the morning with cashew or almond milk – no sugar. I also love green tea.
Have a great weekend and thanks for visiting my website and blog.
Special Olympics is the world’s largest sports organization for children and adults with intellectual disabilities, providing year-round training and competitions to 5.7 million athletes and Unified Sports partners in 172 countries.
I was honored to be a part of a charity gala benefitting Special Olympics with over 6000 athletes in Miami alone, and honoring their achievements.
Arrived.
After a good diner and nights sleep, morning coffee and jog.

Red Carpet. Miami Special Olympics Gala, Miami.
With PR and event organizer Eric Sanders.
Such a beautiful event and it was nice to get everyone up and dancing to cap off the evening and awards ceremony. Congratulations to all of the Special Olympians who were honored and in general to all the children and young adults going for their dreams no matter what and to the parents, family and friends who support them.

Society gets people so messed up in many ways, especially now with the flip side of the positives that can come from social media and the media in general.
Not that I’m a shamen in any way – but sometimes it’s good to know we can all in some way potentially inspire another human being in a positive way. Don’t compare yourself to anyone- love yourself. Many will doubt you – just don’t let the doubter be “you” and don’t try to live someone else’s life.
This is what I shared on my platforms today.
“Be who you are- but know that it will change as you grow through life, don’t be afraid of that – your essence should always remain though no matter the changes of styles, age, and era.I always see “me” – always see “you” –No matter what your profession there will always be forces to try to move you away from you – hold on to yourself.” – Jody Watley – Wattage ⚡️
