Today is a blessed day in my life – the birth of my son Arie, the best son in the world to me!
Arie is one of the lights in my life along with his sister Lauren. They both continue to enrich my life. I’m so proud of the young man he has become and the man I know he will continue to be.
Due to the fact people take my posts for their own agendas, this is probably last time I’ll post learning again the most important people and events in our lives should remain private.
Good morning (afternoon) Happy National Coffee Day. This is me a couple of years ago in Brazil enjoying a Brazilian coffee – these days I enjoy a hot cup in the morning with cashew or almond milk – no sugar. I also love green tea.

Society gets people so messed up in many ways, especially now with the flip side of the positives that can come from social media and the media in general.
Not that I’m a shamen in any way – but sometimes it’s good to know we can all in some way potentially inspire another human being in a positive way. Don’t compare yourself to anyone- love yourself. Many will doubt you – just don’t let the doubter be “you” and don’t try to live someone else’s life.
