Never forget to take a moment of pause to appreciate life despite any challenges or to let those you care about know how you feel. I think this is true more than ever with the increased mass shootings that are becoming all too common in this country.
That said, don’t be afraid to live life, we can’t stress over what we have no control over– always finding your best light in the process. Keep going, keep shining.
As we say good-bye to summer and welcome autumn I want to thank everyone who came out to see me and SRL during the Spring/Summer seasons.
Both seasons were great for the music with “Waiting In Vain” making it into the Top 10 Smooth Jazz in America and Jody Watley & SRL having two back to back Soul Chart hits with “The Mood” and “The Passion” Alex Di Cio mixes and now heading into autumn the Brian Power Remix has really kicked things into another gear in the U.K. Today alone we received play on 8 BBC stations – 8! Heavy play is coming from Mi-Soul kicking off today with Part 1 of my interview with the one and only Mike Vitti-Part 1 because our scheduled 10 minute chat turned into an hour. I joked that I was a regular “Chatty Cathy” that day. I’ll post the archive link as soon as available.
To one and to all : Stay in your magic, that’s what I’m always trying to do so on the good and not so good days (we all have them).. don’t let life and the world get you down.
Believe in miracles and the magic within and take that into the world with love in actions – we need it now more than ever.

Every day is not perfect and inevitably brings its challenges and joys.
