So many options, you can also get the plastic facial coverings as well, use a bandanna, scarf ..etc. the bottom line is be respectful to others by covering up and to yourself on your essential trips out public, wear a mask, wash your hands frequently 20 seconds with hot water and soap, physical distance when out of your bubble.
Clear out the noise and mental clutter, begin each day with clarity and purpose no matter what’s going on.

I’m going to recommend a few books over the coming months to add to your reading list. Starting it off is “The Four Agreements by Don Miguel Ruiz. It’s a life changing book on perspective. Initially given to me as a gift, after reading it and being so enlightened and inspired – I’ve given it as a gift many times and always recommend it.
