You can appreciate the past, how far you’ve come, what you’ve learned, the joy or whatever it might be – just don’t get stuck there. I see this behavior so often in my social media. Keep moving forward and learn to live on the now, that’s always what I’m doing. Embracing the possibilities of now and the future.
