I flew to Orlando again after being there a couple of weeks ago for SuperFreestyle Explosion Concert. This time was a private event at Hard Rock Live. Being with Rosero McCoy, John “Havic” Gregory and Wallace Butts of Avid Music Inc, we reflected on how long we’ve worked together (Rosero and I since 98, Havic since 2005, Wallace and I joke we were friends when Pyramids were built, horse and buggy-you get the picture) and have been such close friends. This is no easy feat in life.
When you have people in your life where you bring out the best in each other, laugh, and survive the ups and downs – cherish it and hold on to it!
It was a great surprise as well to have my likeness added to the famed The Palm restaurant. Here in Los Angeles it was a longtime family favorite of my son Arie, daughter Lauren and my Mom.

Welcome dinner at The Palm Restaurant, Hard Rock Orlando. Excellent hotel and restaurant.

Like a fine wine, just gets better with time! – This was another nice surprise, Jody Watley wine.

In the moment a moment of gratitude looking up beauiful scenery and weather while having morning coffee. in Orlando at Hard Rock Resort

Spectacular stage.

Green rooms are never green. Backstage.

Badass. With Rosero and Havic before we smash the stage.

Life is like a box of chocolates..you never know what to expect.

After party hang with Rosero and Havic – what a great event and trip. Thank you Sammy’s!
Soundchecking – Everything.

John “Havic” Gregory pulled this one up at lunch from our Sunset Junction Los Angeles performance. in 2006..my daughter Lauren is also pictured with one of her best friends Suna Haroon. Rosero intense and focused as always. We were also astounded that my daughter has not aged one bit.
